Mr. Rakesh Donga (DIN 031438930) is the visionary founder and architect of Donga Watertech Pvt. Ltd., he occupies the position of Managing Director and Chairman in the company. He has done his executive diploma in International Business Management (IBM) from Nirma University, Ahmedabad with a B.Tech degree in Agriculture engineering (1987 batch), from Gujarat Agriculture University.
A professional turned entrepreneur, three decades of his experience in the field of agricultural engineering has assisted him in becoming a veteran agrarian. Holding up diverse positions in various capacities in the past has helped him become proficient and dynamic in his field. Previously he has served as General Manager in the irrigation division of Parixit Industries Ltd. where he was responsible for the sales and marketing operations at the country level. Prior to that challenge, he was commissioned as the Manager- Corporate Relations in Israeli MNC subsidiary, Netafim Irrigation India Ltd. He has even worked as a Project Manager in a government enterprise, Gujarat Agro Industries Corporation Ltd. (GAICL), working in the Micro- Irrigation projects division.
It is his initial days of the career as area and state manager for Netafim’s drip irrigation systems from 1991–2002 which laid a foundation for his career helping him comprehend complications and device solutions at the grassroots level in the agriculture sector. Laying the foundation of the company in the year of 2011, there are a plethora of opportunities for the company to go a long way in creating and developing micro-irrigation systems and equipment under the vision and leadership of Mr. Donga. He has committed himself to dedicate his future to spearhead the organization’s growth in micro-irrigation as well as allied sectors for the welfare of the Indian agriculture sector.
Bhavin Donga

Director in the company, Mr. Bhavin (DIN 07296089) is the driving force behind the company who brings with him passion and experience of more than two decades in the field of Micro- Irrigation with the expertise in the field of PVC piping solutions and water-soluble fertilizer. Before this current assignment, he proactively worked with John Deere India Pvt.Ltd.(a subsidiary of Deere & Company, USA) from 2010 to 2014 taking up the responsibility of sales and marketing operations of micro irrigation work in Gujarat state. The role helped him nurture and learn as a professional leader. Previous to that, he was the Manager Sales in Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd for a period of 12 years (1998-2010). His assignment there included looking at sales and marketing operation of water-soluble fertilizer and also in the micro irrigation division of the company for the Gujarat state.
Mr. Bhavin’s practical experience in this field with his in-depth knowledge of all products of micro irrigation in the requisite target markets help the organization in understanding the nature and utility of all product portfolios and services the company has to offer to its valuable customers and clientele.
